Registration for the Hooding Ceremony Program

The Hooding Ceremony for May 2026, August 2026, and December 2026 graduates will be Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the Koger Center for the Arts (Map).

Please complete the form below and click the submit button at the end. This form must be submitted no later than March 9, 2026.

Upon submission, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. A confirmation will also be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, there was an error in your submission. Please make sure you have entered information for all required fields.

If you submit your registration after the deadline date of March 9, 2026, we cannot guarantee that your name will be printed in the program. Students who sign up late are asked to call the Office of Graduate Student Services at 803-777-5031 to confirm that they have submitted a late registration.

Please use Mixed Case, not ALL CAPS, for all entries. Your name will appear in the hooding program in the following order: first name, middle name or initial, and last name. If you check the "East Asian and African students" box your name will appear in the following order: Last (Family name), middle name or initial, and first name.
